富士山を世界遺産登録へと導いた前文化庁長官の近藤氏は、外務省要職やユネスコ日本政府代表部特命全権大使などを歴任されています。当フォーラムでは、海外の文化環境や文化政策に深い知識をお持ちであり、日本の文化政策の最前線でご活躍の近藤氏に、城崎国際アートセンターオープンに向けて、地方都市における文化拠点の可能性についてお話をお聞きします。
